January 31st, 6pm to 7.15pm at The Wisdom Centre in Romsey myself and Sonja Gundry will be offering a wonderfully, relaxing and rejuvenating sound bath.
Sonja Gundry is the South's leading Therapeutic Sound Practitioner,
a member of the Therapeutic Sound Association (TSA) and one of the teaching team who trains sound therapists at The British Academy of Sound Therapy.
Her sound baths are awesome. Utilising the vibrations of sound, Sonja gently guides you into a deeper state of relaxation where your nervous system and brainwave activity alter from the everyday to the ultimate place of calm, healing and rejuvenation. You simply lay back, close your eyes and allow Sonja to work her magic.
