So January 2020 saw in our first Sound Bath with Sonja Gundry the South's leading Therapeutic Sound Practitioner, a member of the Therapeutic Sound Association (TSA) and one of the teaching team who trains sound therapists at The British Academy of Sound Therapy. We held this event in the beautiful setting of The Wisdom Centre in Romsey. Vibrations can be incredibly healing and effect everyone in their own unique way. Personally I experienced a extra surge of energy that lasted the whole weekend. Due to popularity these Sound Baths will become a regular event so please get in touch if you are keen to come along.
